Accelerate Leadership
Accelerate Leadership is an internship that empowers churches and agencies to develop leaders.
It is designed to allow the Intern to shape a personalised leadership pathway through coaching and ministry placement in the local church or agency. To enhance growth, we provide the opportunity to be part of a cohort that allows for input from other experienced ministers across and the scope to develop supportive peer relationships across our movement.
Accelerate Leadership has two streams which require a 12 month commitment:
Lead You – for those serving on a team who desire to grow as a disciple of Jesus, to be equipped and released to participate in ministry and mission according to giftedness and capacity.
Lead Others – for those leading a team who desire to be further equipped as a disciple-maker, minister, shaper of community, and mobiliser of mission.
