Open Door Community Church is a small local church that has a huge footprint within our local district through our community outreach ministries, and we are seeking an energetic and strategically minded Lead Pastor with previous pastoral leadership experience to lead the church into our future.
This is potentially a full time position that would involve a Chaplaincy role in a local school, or a part time position (0.6-0.8) without Chaplaincy, with a view to growing into a full time role. Remuneration will be according to the Churches of Christ Vic/Tas Schedule.
