The Senior Pastor will give leadership to the overall functioning of one2one Church of Christ including the development of a vision for the future of the church embracing congregational life, missional engagement in the local community, leadership development, and empowering discipleship.
If you have experience as an effective, collaborative, team leader and team builder, possess clear communication skills, are a discerning, Spirit-led visionary, and can lead through change, this may be where God is calling you.
