We are pleased to distribute new resource documents designed to help your Community of Hope and Compassion maintain its commitment to being an excellent employer for people in ministry.
This documents have been developed in close consultation with employment experts. It is another way in which CCVT is investing in providing top-quality resources for your Community of Hope and Compassion.
The Guide has been approved by the CCVT Board as entirely replacing the previous Terms & Conditions of Employment of People in Ministry policy. They commend the Guide and accompanying template Employment Agreement to affiliates and note that these documents are now the expected basis for both current and future ministry appointments. Please factor this into your next scheduled reviews and all future ministry employment considerations.
