Complaints about CCVT Inc.:

The CCVT Inc Complaints Policy describes how complaints are addressed if the matter relates to CCVT Inc staff, board members, contractors and volunteers only. 

It does not apply to complaints about staff and volunteers at affiliated churches or agencies.

Complaints about an accredited/endorsed Minister:

The CCVT Code of Ethics for Ministers describes the expected behaviours of all Ministers accredited or endorsed with CCVT. It does not relate to other staff and volunteers who are under the local code of conduct for their church or agency.

Complaints about local Churches and Agencies: 

Please contact the relevant church or agency directly to discuss complaints or concerns related to local property, staff, or volunteers.

Allegations or complaints about abuse or criminal activity can also be reported to CCVT Inc.

If a person is in immediate danger call 000 and report the situation to the police.
