The Australian College of Ministries (ACOM) is one of Australia’s largest Christian colleges providing theological and ministry training. We exist to equip followers of Jesus for ministry, mission, and leadership in the church and wider community. We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to support the financial health and strategic sustainability of ACOM. This part-time role (3 days per week) is ideal for a skilled finance professional looking for meaningful, flexible work in a purpose-driven organisation.
The Finance Manager will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and external partners to provide accurate financial oversight, reporting, forecasting, and compliance, contributing directly to ACOM’s mission and operations.
Location:
Melbourne preferred – remote/interstate considered
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or business
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting
- Knowledge of not-for-profit or higher education sector (advantageous)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Alignment with ACOM’s Christian ethos and values
