Part Time: 15 hours per week
Key Purpose of the Position
Responsible for operational management of the Op Shop as well as developing and implementing strategic planning and supporting volunteer staff.
Role
To contribute to the success of Open Door Community Care’s work to achieve its mission and vision, through managing the daily operations of the Op Shop alongside a team of volunteers.
Skills
Experience in retail, customer service, cash handling, training, and management of volunteers. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, sound computer IT skills, ability to work flexible hours, current drivers’ licence, clear National Police Check and WWCC check. Must be an Australian resident.
