TLC is seeking a Ministry Team Leader who can provide effective leadership to our community and staff team from a missionally oriented perspective. We seek to take the next steps in fulfilling our mission to equip our community to reach our neighbourhood and beyond for Jesus.
You will need the experience and ability to:
- To provide vision and structure, in partnership with the Elders, to the church as a whole.
- To communicate mission, vision, and values to inspire collective and collaborative action.
- To equip the community, leading discipleship, preaching, teaching, and pastoral care.
- To explore how our community can establish and nurture connections in the neighbourhood, our nation and world.
- To assess property and resources and their use, and work with the Elders and leaders to maximise the use of the church’s property and resources.
