TLC Church is seeking a minister with a prophetic edge to lead our community. We are rebuilding on our foundations of love, justice and creativity, being Christ centred and spirit led, so that we can continue to be a place where people find restoration and healing.
You will need the experience and ability to:
- To provide vision and structure, in partnership with the Elders, to the church as a whole.
- To communicate mission, vision, and values to inspire collective and collaborative action.
- To equip the community, leading discipleship, preaching, teaching, and pastoral care.
- To explore how our community can establish and nurture connections in the neighbourhood, our nation and world.
- To assess property and resources and their use, and work with the Elders and leaders to maximise the use of the church’s property and resources.
