We are seeking a Lead Pastor to provide spiritual and organisational leadership to Grace Church.
Grace Church is a member of the Churches of Christ Victoria and Tasmania that believes in the authority of Jesus Christ and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit in His Church to be salt and light of the world.
We are a mid-sized inter-generational Church, with an English congregation and a smaller Mandarin congregation. Our vision is to be a disciple-making church with the sole intent and purpose of impacting all generations with God’s love by bringing them into a relationship with Jesus and teaching them to obey Him. We also believe in the training and equipping of all believers.
The Lead Pastor holds a position of spiritual leadership and is primarily responsible for providing leadership to Grace Church and all its ministries. They will also lead our existing team comprising two Pastors, a Kids Ministry Coordinator and a Finance Officer. The responsibilities will be performed in collaboration with, and in accountability to, the Board of Elders in accordance with the Statement of Faith and policies of Grace Church.
