CCVT Annual General Meetings are governed by the CCVT Inc Constitution. They are run in conjunction with other annual CCVT events, collectively known as the CCVT Summit, each year in May.
Special General Meetings can be arranged as required at other times of the year, also governed by the CCVT Inc Constitution.
