Below you will find a Word version of an updated employment agreement template to use for your minister(s) and an accompanying guide to the employment of all CCVT ministers. The employment agreement template has been approved by our auditors, Saward Dawson, and their recommended solicitors from Colin Biggers and Paisley. Naturally, Affiliates should also seek their own accounting and legal advice, as needed, particularly where the template is adapted to your specific context.
We have also provided two important fact sheets, one of these being the 2023 Fair Work information statement to be made available to employees, and the other relating to the important December change concerning fixed term contract arrangements.
