Bayview Care was established to love, resource, support and advocate for those living on the southern Mornington Peninsula. Our programs assist individuals and families develop the skills and gain the supports they need to create a successful future, one that they themselves may have possibly only dreamed of. By being an active presence and partnering with other local community organisations, Bayview Care aims to bring hope and dignity to those experiencing disadvantage.
